Yes, I understand, thank you. I have a simple model - a plane.

#27 Re: 3D » texture » 27-Feb-2012 11:13:20

here's the solution:

As you already noticed, there's no way around UV coordinates for games. Thankfully, blender comes with some very good UV unwrapping tools.

The simplest way to get UV coordinates from a 3D model in blender is to use Smart UV Project. You can do that by pressing U while in edit-mode and then select "Smart UV Project" from the menu.

Thank!

texture blender

In this window, the coordinates are set? What to choose? All looked I do not know where to set the coordinates.

#29 Re: 3D » texture » 27-Feb-2012 09:27:51

textures coords - this is done in a blender? smile I have not experienced it.

Your mesh must have textures coords, if he don't you must apply textures coords on it in your modeler and re-export to .mesh

not cotain

I think this is not normal?

you can just use the picture plugIT or change Texture plugIT to change a texture on an object

I understand that. I do not know how to load the texture. In the plug plugIT to change a tehture cant select a texture, there is 0.

move objects from the keyboard, I have learned. Is it possible to move the camera? If so, how?

#33 Re: 3D » texture » 26-Feb-2012 19:31:07

I can not find how to import a texture (image) with a blender and how to correctly insert OS3D. When you import a file is created: .scene, .png, .xml, .mesh. Should there still be any files? If you simply insert a .scene, then apply texture not right, not as a picture.

I soon will release a demo project. You will be able to criticize and understand what I do. smile

#35 Re: 3D » texture » 26-Feb-2012 18:16:37

How to embed texture, or she should apply along with the material? I mean, have any way to insert a special texture? such as the project kidkitchen did texture on the walls?

I can not do that was used as a texture photo. After converting the image becomes blurred and huge size. I think that OS3D can not properly apply image as a texture. That so? Or am I doing wrong?

#37 Re: Openspace3D » management of object properties from another file » 26-Feb-2012 09:29:20

I'm probably not the correct asking. I tried disable, but nothing helped. How to make free rotation of the scene with the mouse? Maybe just do not use the examine view plugIT? what function does on init?

arkeon wrote:

not sure of what you mean but what about the object control plugIT and the mouse plugit ?

you do file instantiate.xos. In this file, you can move an object from the keyboard. But you can not rotate the scene. The object is attached to the camera. I want to be able to povorachvat the whole scene with the mouse to rotate all the objects in the scene. That is, that there was no binding to the camera.

no there is no exmaple at this time for the config file plugIT, did you try the plugIT documentation ?

for navigation you can set the position of the "Current camera shell" object to target one of your specific object

is it possible to rotate the object in the scene with the mouse?

rather, is it possible to rotate the scene with the objects with the mouse?

#41 Re: Openspace3D » management of object properties from another file » 20-Feb-2012 19:03:04

necessary documentation to learn for the plugIT...

#42 Re: Openspace3D » management of object properties from another file » 20-Feb-2012 11:26:29

there is an example of  the mics/config file plugIT?
and xml form?

And another question. How best to control the camera from the keyboard or mouse, which was convenient to move around on stage?
(For example - a blender, autocad. Need to be comfortable and move objects to create large objects from small (designer of the objects))

advise me how best to do it. I'll have a scene where I'm going to add objects. I do not know where to adjust the light. In a file with an object or a scene where I'm going to add. Can customize the scene, put walls, set light everywhere, and already on the scene do make objects. Would it be right? Or, in each file with the object you want to configure the light and have these settings to add the object? And is it possible to change the color of objects from another file?

I added this issue in the redmine (382). I would like a solution to save the scene as an image smile

#46 Re: Openspace3D » move a selected object with the keyboard » 18-Feb-2012 17:54:17

you implement this feature in next release?

#47 Re: Openspace3D » move a selected object with the keyboard » 18-Feb-2012 17:49:35

Can you think of something like print screen button? For example, man created the model. This model should be saved in the format jpg.

#48 Re: Openspace3D » move a selected object with the keyboard » 18-Feb-2012 09:54:09

I understood everything! Your program is the best!

#49 Re: Openspace3D » move a selected object with the keyboard » 18-Feb-2012 08:45:17

I know how to summarize the number and subtract the number. But can you do in OS3D logic (200+300+300 = 800. And if I delete the object (800-200 = 600). But when I add the object of the program adds to 800, rather than 600. Need somewhere to store the last number. var increment and var decrement be logically combined. (200+200+200-200+200-100 = should be 500)

#50 Re: Openspace3D » move a selected object with the keyboard » 17-Feb-2012 20:46:20

THANK YOU!! How to make sure that when you add a new object is the number of summed. I added elem.xos with parameter 200, the other elem.xos with parameter 300. In instantiate.xos - Flash Interface - we should see the number 500 smile
