Great news, a version that compiles to Android will be something very useful. If somehow I can help in this endeavor, I am available.

#54 Openspace3D » Rotate the wheels of a vehicle PlugIT Physic Vehicle with AR Marker » 24-May-2015 15:50:52

Hello,

I'm changing the vehicle.xos demo. I want to control the steering wheel (bend left and right) with an AR marker. I did a paper wheel with an AR marker. The problem I'm finding is that the handling of the vehicle becomes bad because using the rotation parameter PlugIT AR Marker to set the Turn parameter PlugIT Physic Vehicle. Is an update delay, which makes the vehicle collide on the track. I thought of solving the problem forcing sending "Turn 0" after sending "Turn 1" or Turn -1 ", causing the vehicle to resume the straight direction faster.
Someone suggests another planking to solve the problem?

Thanks

Hello,

I want to build a new car to be used with PlugIt Physic Vehicle. What are the requirements I have to fulfill to model this vehicle? There are several questions, such as which parts should model separately? I animate each wheel separately? (Among other questions)

I will be very grateful for any help.

Hello Arkeon,

It worked perfectly. Thank you very much your attention and quick bug solution.

Hello Arkeon,
If possible, I would like to finish this small project next week.
Thank you for your invaluable help.

I am sending a video demonstrating in detail the failure that occurs in PlugIT Random OutPut (barring some mistake I'm making)

Link download video - http://www.mediafire.com/download/701sw … PlugIT.rar

Thanks

Yes, the LOG print to see where the problem is identified and that the exporadicamente plugIT Random Output send no value. Being a sporadic error, you must start the application at least 10 times to the error from occurring. If all goes well, we must have two images on the screen and sometimes appears only one or even none.

Unless I'm making a mistake, the PlugIT Random Output is not sending a way out, which is generating an error presentation of some images on the screen, that is, at some point no image is presented because the PlugIT Random Output does not send an output .

#65 Re: Openspace3D » Android application » 9-Aug-2014 00:04:14

I had not thought of that. Can I develop mobile apps for Win-Pro for tablet. Testing and Scol OpenSpace3D have been made in Win-Pro?

Another question I have. As there is no Plug-IT to access information gyro Tablet, you could create a separate application that informs the reading of the gyroscope to OpenSpace3D through an IP + port connection?

#66 Re: Openspace3D » Android application » 6-Aug-2014 22:53:38

Arkeon, have a suggestion for this solution. Create a public financing (ordinary citizens, businesses, government entities, etc.) to pay the expenses of this portability. You will need a plan so that we have an approximate cost than this value portability. Here in Brazil I get good partners who will gladly pay for part of this work.

Hello Stéphane,

Thanks for the tip, will greatly facilitate the creation of licenses for each 3D package.

#68 Re: 3D » Bank of 3D objects online » 19-Jun-2014 16:15:48

Ok, combined. I'll do it during this weekend.

#69 Re: 3D » Bank of 3D objects online » 19-Jun-2014 16:04:31

Exactly, this is my suggestion. If you accept the offer, I can now package the 3D objects to place in the clouds so you can start downloading. If another format that is not necessary. Mesh is also possible, since we can export the original design to another format.

#70 Re: 3D » Bank of 3D objects online » 19-Jun-2014 15:54:56

My proposal is actually donating these 3D objects to create an initial repository within the site or www.openspace3d.com possible within it's own openspace3D software. It would be a place where users can search for content for their 3D creations, or maybe even offer new 3D objects.
It may seem strange my proposal, my only goal is to foster the creation of quality educational apps and I see that OpenSpace3D is an excellent tool for these creations.

#71 Re: 3D » Bank of 3D objects online » 19-Jun-2014 15:36:57

Hello Arkeon,

I have been analyzing here the best format available 3D models already exported to Ogre3D.
I think the best thing to do is to pass the 3D models for you  to provide in www.openspace3d.com.
No restriction on the use of models for non-commercial purposes exists. The only exception are educational applications, even for commercial purposes and models will be allowed to be used in projects that use OpenSpace3D.
What do you think of this solution?
Are currently around 200 models with great texture quality, optimized to be lightweight 3D engines and most animated.
The 3D models follow a methodology for its creation, ie developed for scripts, such as the primitive world of the script, the script food chains, among others.
My goal is to create a 3D seat of learning objects and chose it as a theme Initial natural sciences

Follow a new path to the solution. Divided the image backgroud images of Froreground and used the Plug-It Button front with pictures in PNG format and I enabled the option of transparency Plug-It

Clickable area on the screen

I have a background image on it and want to create clickable areas. These areas have irregular borders (Geometric figures are not exact, such as a rectangle). Is there any plug-it that I use for this?

I accompanied OpenSpace3D some time and realize that there is a strong commitment of the development team to implement new functionality and features with each new version.
I wonder if there is prediction, or even a positive sign for the implementation of head tracking feature. This feature would open up new implementations for OpenSpace3D.
There are many OpenCV codes that could be leveraged for this implementation.

Thank you for your attention smile
