Hello there arkeon,
i finally managed to install my apks to my oculus go. In the past i did a modified version of the demo "vrshootinggallery" to a quest 2. I have no quest 2 anymore because of my vr-quit that time. Now i want to have a modified version for my oculus go for testing on the oculus go and got some problems with it. After i installed and start my apk, the app got a crash almost immediately. Got the OpenSpace3D screen and then it crashed.
Is it still possible to export apps to the go-headset and if yes, how to do it?

Thanks in advance.

Hi arkeon,
unfortunately i needed to abort playing with my quest 2, but i want to try it again with more time in vr. That happened because of motion sickness, but will not give up, vr is the best gaming console i played.
Now my question, i modified the vrshootinggallery example and was wondering if i can move smoothly like in pavlov. For looking around i also want to apply the view from it. Is there an example for that too?
Greetings

Hello, just installed the apk from Openspace3d to my quest 2 - it works really great! Since i did not used my vr headset for a while, I was feeling bad. But now I have to, because of that cool stuff from ur software. That was a nice boost wink
Today I will do my first, complete map and try to understand the plugits better. I'm using beta 6 and I haven't got any crashes.
I will come back here when I have something, using blender to do the objects.

Metal would be very cool indeed. arkeon, will metal take a lot of performance?

Hello arkeon and sorry for my very late response.
I looked at the examples and demos in Openspace, I really think that's enough to learn it. I have some problems with installing my apk on my quest 2, but that's solved soon. Can't wait to see the app on my quest 2, it's really promising.
I'm using the beta because of the Oculus Mobile export updates.
I'm looking forward to work with this cool software, thanks for many years of development wink
