LeapMotion to Android
Hello,
It would be possible to use an OTG cable along with plugIT LeapMotion to use the Android application to read the hand movements for a smartphone?

Great, the use of peripherals connected to a smartphone will be of much use.
Actually you're right, the Leap Motion development team are committed to developing the SDK for Android, but are dificuldados finding in processing demand that this peripheral requires (https://community.leapmotion.com/t/android-sdk-hardware -requirements / 2845)

I didn't tried the android sdk alpha but common things are made for Java or JS not the C/C++ android NDK so this make this sort of SDK weird to implement 
everything should be a lot easier if they could provide a simple C SDK like for other platforms
