Problem with installation

Hello to all!
I have such a problem. I've installed Scol plugin but when I try to run it (scol.exe) I have the message "AxScoll.dll error" (exactly). Could you help me to resolve this problem? OS is Win 7 Maximal

first try to reinstall with antivirus disabled, (as I know avaast sand box can make the setup fail in some case)
Do you have admin rights to install ?

what if you launch scol.exe with a right click "launch as admin" ?

the name should be "AXscol.dll"
can you open the file :
c:/program files (x86)/Scol voyager/usm.ini

and past the content of the file here

ok "AXscoll.dll" is a mistake in the error dialog box, this is not the problem

the file c:/program files (x86)/Scol voyager/AXscol.dll is present ?
