How to set position of object ?

how to set position of object located is above from the marker,i mean the axis
x : 0
y : 0.2000
z : 0

so i just try to change the axis in the openspace 3d editor,but it's does not affect anything,the object still floated,on the another axis.

i just realy wonder,how to make the object position is absolutely above from the marker.

anyone can help me ?

once again add a dummy as parent of the plane, so you could move the plane above the dummy
