Are we need an openspace3d software that have installed in our pc/laptop?
because all of my friends try my project (that can't run) but they don't installed openspace3d software on their computer, and the result is "impossible to load applet".

thanks!

I tried in a Win7 virtualized, with the last Scol and without os3d.
The applet is correctly loaded.
Try to launch Scol before go to web address.
However, have you a device capture plugged ?
Can you check if you audio system is active ? (listening any sound outside Scol)
Is Scol launched (no error occurs during the loading) ?
What is the configuration of your pc ?
Can you post the log file ?
To enable log :
- launch Scol if any
- click right on the Scol icon in the task bar
- choose "Settings"
- Once the window shown, select "Maintenance"
- In the combo box (Enable logs files), choose "All",
If any, check the item "So3Engine Setup".
- Restart Scol even if not imperative.
Go to your url.
If nothing happens, post the log file :
you find this in : C:\Users\<your_login>\AppData\Local\Scol Voyager\Logs
the file is named browser-2012-09-20_13-57-09.log (by example)
Take the last log file (browser-<date>.log)
So, try to answer with much detail as possible so we can help you

Hello,
I only see 2 possible cases :
1 - a firewall block the scol.exe to access the Internet
2 - there is a bad networks configuration on Scol voyager, like proxy setting or something like that
Offline
Arkeon said that "2 - there is a bad networks configuration on Scol voyager, like proxy setting or something like that"
So, what must I do? reinstall scol or maybe maintenance? but how I can do it?
Offline
first try to get more information about the network configuration.
home network, school or company configuration with restricted Internet access ?
if you try to access the file http://artekom.com/artekomcard/artekomcard.txt from this computer does it work ?
to access the scol network setting look in the windows menu > scol voyager > setting and go to the network panel
Offline
Click right on Scol icon and select Settings
Choose Network item in the left list
Uncheck the automatic settings and configure yourself the proxy fields (if any)
Note : this configuration depends on your proxy, we can not help you for that.

hello Iri & Arkeon,
thanks for your suggestion,
this is the way to solve my problem,
First,
Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall,
and then click 'Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall,
now see and search 'Scol' on the list', then check on the 'Home/Work (Private) and 'Public', so that we can play the app everywhere, OK.
Now, go to address bar, then type the address for the app, and PLAY!!
----------------------
Thank you, Now I can run my app on the web successfully

hummm... I prefer to suggest this allow (the user checks (or not) this option during the installation or when the first loading)
to do anything automatically is always dangerous (free culture inside !) ;-)
Offline
windows already ask the user the first time scol start.
but often the user response NO because they don't have any idea of what this option do and windows is pretty good to explain the users how it is unsafe to choose Yes
