error when replacing SO3engine
hello,
i have been replaced the SO3engine.dll with the new one.
i hope it can maked my videos run well in OS3D.
but, it cause my OS3D can't start, and appeared the message like this
"the procedure entry point cef_cookie_manager_get_global_manager could not be located in the dynamic link library libcef.dll"
why it can happened and how to fix it?

This can be a good idea to test the development version, but you must know what you are doing ! If you are not sure, ask before change / move / or i don't know what other

Of course we know what we are doing
We upgraded the Cef library, so replacing just SO3engine dll is not sufficient, libcef.dll / chrome.pak / and "locales" directory must be downloaded too in order to make it work
