PlugIT Speech - voice in Portuguese

Hi,

I want to use PlugIT Speech, but with a new voice in Portuguese, it is possible to make this change?

The Speech plugIT can manage the voices installed on the system, theses voices just have to be compatible with the windows speech system.
If it works in windows this should works in OpenSpace3D

Maybe, some parameters or trainings could be done from the Windows control panel before use in os3d
