It seems pretty fast even with two windows at the same time smile
.... I made the video on an I7-2600k CPU

left camera is a kinect and a standard Logitech on the right.

The kinect have a better frame rate ^^

You can try by replacing the bitmapToolkit dll and the armarker / arcamera plugIT from the svn

but at this time the marker speed / stability depend of the tracked picture hmm
tell me if it works well on your pc.

it will be in the next release (yes I'm on It right now !) but it will need more work to get a better state

Dear Friend,

I made the replacements you mentioned. I downloaded the file and replace BitmapToolkit.dll and all files from the input / arcapture and input / armarker. But when I open the OpenSpace3D PlugIt ARMarker was not available in the dropdown menu. I did something wrong? He missed some step?

I would love to have access to the use of markerless, even in a non-definitive, because work with kindergarten, and the use of natural images would be very helpful.

hi the new release of openspace is available and the augmented reality system is updated
you only have to download the new version from the website

hey !

I've just passed the features detection to OpenCV 2.4 !
It now use the ORB algorithm instead of SURF (was not free ^^ and didn't know about that)
so ORB is a free algorithm on BSD license.

actually the features detection is faster and more stable.

for those who can't wait just replace your bitmapToolkit.dll by the version from the trunk BitmapToolkit.dll

please gives me some news about your tests !
