Do you talk about disposition of markers in a sheet of paper ?
After saving markers in pictures files, why don't you use a picture editor (Paint for example) to dispose all your markers in one picture file. 
Do you know what i mean ?

Generate all markers you need as bmp files and create your final picture with all placed markers on graphic software like photoshop or gimp

No, he mean that he want to use a periodic table image as marker...
You can't do that with the AR library OpenSpace uses... The ones that let you use any image as marker are not free at all...

To give the possibility to our users to make their own, we need to implement a special algorithm to recognize the marker
so it's not possible at all for the moment, but we plan to work on this a soon as we can
