Hello, What if you use the theme editor to creates a Cyrillic theme with ttf font ?
Yes, I tried that too.It's all the same. If you write in English, it does not read characters from the Cyrillic font.

It seems that windows 11 do not take charset in account in select, window title, check ...
This just mean we will have to switch to full unicode soon, but still this is a huge work
