in a previuos ppost Arkon wrote :

i can't find these two files.
Anyone know where are located ?

Are you looking at "C:\Program Files\Scol Voyager\plugins" ==>> plugins file marked .dll (library file) like : audio, bitmaptoolkit, etc.
Or find with cmd.exe (DOS mode Windows) the command ==>> dir file_search /s ==> Search in C:\ every file / folder with file name input.
You can add joker * Like command (DOS mode Windows) : dir bitmaptoolkit* /s

Hello,
since several verions OS3D do this for you, if a plugit that need a scol plugin is not used the plugin is not added in the apk.
To reduce the apk size you will need to reduce your project resources (textures size, models complexity)
