Error offline compile to apk

Hello
Can somebody tell me why it need compile to apk, there is need of internet?
When I try other exportation, no problem
But if I export to apk file without internet connection, then there is error and shows fails to export

Hello,

Android APK need to sign the file with a key. This need an access to a server to get the timestamp.
This is an Android issue we can't override.
