Missing the plugIT bar!

Hi,
the bottom bar is missing, how can i get i back?
suddenly it went away.

Hi ree,

if resizing the window is not enough, delete the config.xml file in "my documents\scol voyager\Partition_LocalUsr\tools\os3deditor"
