Multimarker tracking

Hi,

Is it possible to have a multimarker tracking for AR?

I would like to get the camera very close to the marker without loosing track if I don't see the whole image. If I could use a group of trackers, that would make it easier and more stable, right?

Thanks,
Lisandro Tapia

Re: Multimarker tracking

Hello did you tried to train the marker picture with higher resolution ?
I know I made a change for this but I don't remember if it's in the current release or only in dev one ^^

Re: Multimarker tracking

I can try a higher resolution, but the problem is when the camera sees a partial tracker. That's why a multimarker would be better.
Hope if is on the dev, it will come out next release! Thanks!!

Re: Multimarker tracking

Large trained markers take a bit more memory but it should be detected faster and even with only a part of the marker visible when the camera is close to the marker.

You should also be able to use multimarkers by managing a dummy position offset for each detected marker and enable / disable other markers when one is detected. (I didn't tried this way)
