Outside their SDK, I don't think facebook allows inclusion of a javascript directly in the page.
However, a such code may be made from this SDK ? I havn't considered this ability.

It is old, not safe, etc and a lot of browsers can disable this. Of course, you can make an iframe if you want and give an external link for other users !
