make a plugIT

hello,
Am I possible to make a plugIT? So that I can make my own custom plugIT.
If this is possible, maybe you can give me some step or the rules how to do it.

You can read an other plugIT to see and understand how to make this.
You can search in this forum too, some steps are already given.
