i dont know why this is happening to me..

I have been put the AR capture --> i set: show marker info, resolution
and put the AR marker, i have been set--> marker 2, so i printed marker #2
ok,
when i running the program and pointed the webcam to printed marker, then i confused, WHY MY MARKER WASN'T DETECTED BY MY WEBCAM?
whereas i have been set the resolution (1280 x 720px) and check the 'show marker info' to make sure that my marker have the info.
but i have been try so man times but it's still not work!

first try in 640x480 or less even if your webcam can manage higher resolutions.
then did you try the arpiano example ? does this example work ?
is your webcam driver up to date ?
upload you project (xos) so we can test it and see what is going wrong.
