startup problem

Hello, I am a beginner. I wanted to make an application in RA, but I have problems.
First, the buttons "Export to OpenSpace 3D Player" and "Launch in players" are disabled.
Second, when I try to save a new project by selecting "save open space 3d scenes" in the directory (....... \ Scola Voyager \ Partition_LockedApp) system (Windows 7) says "permission denied, contact administrator. .... save the scene in the USER folder. "
I save the scene in the USER folder the error occurs: "your files have to be in a disconnected partition".

Can you help me? thanks

Re: startup problem

Hi,

How many users work on this machine ?
Scol should be installed by a privileged user to all users. First, look in this way.
