random vector omega in kinect_element XX.xos

i can not understand the use of random vector omega in kinect_element XX.xos,
when the jewel leave the world or contact, go to the random vector pos and then add vector to get the new position. but what use of random vector omega? when i delete it, everything is ok.
the link: physic tools leave world--->random vector omega.Get;
random vector omega.Vector--->physic tools.Set Omega.         i can not find the meaning of set omega at online documentation.
can anyone tell me the meaning?
thanks!

thanks, i get it:)

by the way , why we need the "vector add inst" at here? can "random vector pos" connect to "object position inst" directly?
