openspace 3D kinect simple game question

hi , i'm try to use kinect plugin to do some simple game.
my idea is to be able to hit droppings ball, and you will get score when you hit a ball.
but i don't know how to show the ball dropping and how to use my hand to hit it.
if i want to let the ball drop continually, what kind of plugin i need ?
when i right click kinect user inst, what should choose for hand hit?

i'm very new for openspace 3D, could anyone tell me how to do it ?

Hi sprout and welcome !

I think you will have all what you need in the KandyNect demo, you can open the demo from c:\program files\scol voyager\partition_lockedApp\demos\kinectdemo\kinectdemo.xos

hi, i try to change the colorful jewel in kinect andy, i use blender to build another mesh file and replace the item_01 in" kinect_element50.xos" .
but it can not move in the game, it just stay on the spot.
could you please tell me how to let it move?

i study from the kandy game, want to do anther simple game.
but when i copy some work from kandy, i found that my  colorful jewel didn't come out continually. just come out 10+ maybe, then stop. did i miss any setting?
where can i change the direction of the jewel, i mean let them come from Y direction, i change "set gravity speed" delete Z value and add 0.5 to Y . but it didn't change the direction.

could you please tell how to solve it?

the jewel directions should change with the gravity vector ^^
if your jewel do not restart look in the jewel xos and look if you don't miss to change the object in all plugITs instances

I don't remember how I made this ^^, but yes it should, I think that an another plugIT set the gravity vector to make the jewel faster at each level

ya, i found it, just change the link value from Z to Y.
but it still come out once then stop, can you tell me where is the jewel run loop?
because i didn't change the thing inside the jewel xos, and Kandy game and my project call the same jewels ,but one can run continually, one can not.

you must reset the jewel position when it leaves the world or when it collides something

you have to setup all the jewel.xos plugITs with the new mesh instead of the previous one
try to understand what call "object position inst" in jewel.xos
