SQLite3 support

Hi,

I've updated my library to 0.1a5 (warning : alpha version) :

  • SQLite3 major update : 3.6.23 -> 3.7.5

  • GNU / Linux version

  • Corrections : a lot of minor (potentials) bugs

  • C standard (used only)

  • Documentations updated
