physical detection(trigger)

the problem is that recognition of touch is physical. For example I have a beam from the object to the object, it responds only if it passes through a physical object. And if I need for example to determine what passes through the beam - which object, how to do it? Especially if the object is loaded from another scene.

Re: physical detection(trigger)

add a physic ray
then add a physic tools for the object that pass in the physic ray
and use the physic tools ray events

Re: physical detection(trigger)

Objects are loaded from another scene. They do not have to be defined as a specific item. The objects are different, all pass through the beam and each should produce a different sound. I was trying to achieve but it is not possible. Because the loaded object can have physics, but the name of his physics did not get. What kind of an object passes through the beam at the moment not to find out. Because beam all objects are physical and do not have the names of your physics, and if loaded from another scene, then the name is not to.

Re: physical detection(trigger)

The method of loading objects from other scenes - imperfect Because many of the data not to get. And to make constantly appearing notes. The task is to determine which object has passed through the beam - how to do a mystery.

Re: physical detection(trigger)

Hello,

in myusic.xos you just forgot to enable physics, so there is no physics detection smile
