is there a way i can use a plugit to somehow get the exact frame in a skeletal animation, and, at that frame, do something (in this case ,apply a force).
i remember in atmosphere and later blink3d you could use javascript to test if an animation was at a certain point in time, and if the test was true, do something (like apply a force or make a sound)
that way, the kronosaur's fins would appear to be propelling it, as opposed to some invisible pushing force...
a couple of kronosaurs in a hydrax ocean with clouds and lightning above
and with the 1.8 beta i can make it rain, no?
and i know, these guys need better skinning....their tails aren't don't have proper bone assignments. i wish poser had an ogre exporter (maybe it does, the copy i have is from 2001, i use it to edit skeletons and skeletal animatinos and the rig in fragmotion)

with animation plugit you can define events on time.
for the rain this is just a particle system, you can do it in all OS3D version.
I added a demo in 1.8Beta (environment)
