and how to avoid a few hours of aggravation with this problem:
applies to
Windows 7, running:
WebRoot Secure Anywhere version8.0.5.107
goto identity protection> advanced settings (accessed via gear button in upper right corner)
click on application protection tab
if scol.exe is in the list, change 'deny' radio button to 'allow'
and that should allow you to copy and paste
