for those who want to test the OpenSpace3D 1.6 (beta) pre-release you can download the setups from the SVN repository :
- Install the new Scol Voyager first : https://svn.scolring.org/trunk/setups/i … plugin.exe
- And then the new OpenSpace3D : https://svn.scolring.org/trunk/setups/i … _setup.exe
- The kinect addon has also been updated to 2.0 : https://svn.scolring.org/trunk/setups/a … kinect.exe
The new features are specially :
- Lightnings mode in 3D sky settings, better 3D cloud rendering
- Web navigator updated
- Undo / Redo on scene editing
- navigation plusITs enhanced
- VRPN plugIT to use any VRPN devices (usefull for VR tracking)
- TUIO plugIT for multi touch purposes
- Some corrections on Speech and vocal Recognition
- Lot's of corrections / optimizations
