hi there

I'm trying to export a single terrain mesh with OgreMax... I've followed all steps from OgreMax Settings documentation with no sucess... also I've used the viewer to check that exports correctly.. the terrain appears in the viewer but when I import the scene in OpenSpace3d nothing appears in the viewport, though it does in the hierarchy...

I've tried changing the units to Meters and Centimeters in 3dsMax but nothing... checked all directories, applying a UV map, converting to Editable Mesh, etc... before exporting...

what I'm doing wrong?

thanks in advance!

hi arkeon!

glad to know that development is going forward... I'm really excited with this little treasure I've found recently... XD

I had a look at the doc PDF and I think I understand how it works (more or less), even I've analyzed some demos to see how are they structured, but a step by step quick start tutorial would be great if I want to make something from scratch... can anyone help me?

I've noticed all logics are managed through a node system... that's very nice, but can we also write some scripts? I'm not talking about touching the source code, just little scripts into the editor... not sure if they are totally unnecessary...

thanks!

hi there...

Im new in this forum... I've found this engine very interesting and I would like to use it in my projects... It looks like a mix between 3drad & Virtools... smile

In a rough view, it seems to have all needed features to make a complete game but maybe I'm missing something...

My question is if this tool is capable to make something decent or if is still in early stage... is there any todo list out there?

BTW, good job...

thanks in advance!

EDITED: I've noticed that there is no support for joints... right?
