hello people let me know if this shader works...it does not use a cubemap, and is taken straight from the ogre demos files:

i'm going to try something more exotic when i get to it, a procedural stone shader i exported and recoded from rendermonkey (deadware). i'll be posting it to the ogre3d wiki.

I am opening the files that are in the OSD3 demos and examples, but there are some where the scenes are not enough to see and they look very faint some models and the pc is encouraged a little, I have also done exercises with models that reflect Shadows on the floor and are not shown in some cases.
I would like you to tell me if it is because of my video card that is very small, it is an ATI Radeon HD 3450, it is the one that the factory brings the computer.
I have the possibility to get a NVIDIA PNY QUADRO K600 or the K620, would work to see the scenes and have no problems with the shadows and textures, or need some card with some special feature.

Your shadow problem can be because:
- you have several lights with cast shadow on
- you cast shadows on a non directional light
- your 3D model have double faces or bad normals
Sure anyway small graphic cards means small 3D scenes and low shaders.
I don't know about the performances of K600 / K620
Any recent GTX should be better since the quadro cards do not update their driver often.
